En krämigt len ostkaka med smak av jordnötter. Ett måste för jordnötssmörälskaren, som jag :) Denna version behöver inte bakas i ugn, utan blir klar efter timmar i kylen. 

 A creamy smooth cheesecake flavored with peanuts. A must for a peanut butter lover, like I  am :) This version does not need to be baked in the oven, it will be ready after hours in the fridge. Enjoy!


Jordnötssmör Cheesecake

150 g kexsmulor
40 g smör, smält

2 dl vispgrädde
150 g philadelphiaost
100 g jordnötssmör, naturell
0,5 dl florsocker

Blanda kexsmulor med det smälta smöret. Tryck kexen i botten på en springform klädd med bakplåtspapper. Vispa grädden fluffigt. I en annan skål blanda ost, jordnötssmör och florsocker tills slät. Blanda sedan i vispgrädden. Häll blandningen på kexbottnet och ställ i kylskåpet att stelna. Dekorera med jordnötter och jordnötssmör. 


Peanut Butter Cheesecake

150 g cookie crumbs
40 g butter, melted

2 dl whipping cream
150 g Philadelphia cheese
100 g peanut butter, natural
0.5 dl powdered sugar

 Mix cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press biscuit in the bottom of a springform lined with parchment paper. Whip the cream until fluffy. In another bowl mix the cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Then mix in the whipped cream. Pour the mixture on the cookie crust and place in the refrigerator to set. Garnish with peanuts and peanut butter.
