You do not have the time to stand in front of the stove but you are craving risotto, then I recommend youth make oven baked risotto. It takes care of itself and you have time for other things in the meantime. This time I flavored the risotto with spinach, garlic and gryuere cheeset. Have you made risotto in the oven?
Ugnsbakad Spenat-Vitlöksrisotto
2 portioner
2 dl risottoris
3 frysta spenatkuber
3,5 dl vegetarisk buljong
2 dl grädde, gärna smaksatt
1 dl gryuereost, riven
1 liten röd lök, hackad
1 vitlöksklyfta, pressad
salt
svartpeppar
Blanda ris, spenat, buljong, grädde, ost, lök, vitlök, salt och svartpeppar i en ugnssäker form. Täck formen med folie och grädda i 200 grader i ca 40 minuter eller tills riset är mjukt. Tillsätt buljong om det behövs.
Oven baked Spinach Garlic Risotto

2 dl risotto rice
3 frozen spinach cubes
3,5 dl vegetable stock
2 dl heavy cream, flavored
1 dl Gryuere cheese, grated
1 small red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
salt
