A protein rich bread without flour. The bread containing seeds and can be baked gluten-free using gluten-free oats. The bread is easy and quick to maker when it does not need to rise. A slice with butter and cheese on is so good!
Fröbröd
2 ägg
50 g kvarg
1 morot, fint riven
30 g havregryn
30 g sesamfrön
30 g solrosfrön
20 g linfrön
20 g pumpafrön
0,5 msk bakpulver
1/4 tsk salt
1/4 tsk salt
Blanda allt i en bunke. Klä en bakform med bakplåtspapper och häll smeten i den. Grädda brödet i 175 C i ca 20-25 minuter. Låt svalna.

50 g quark
1 carrot, finely grated
30 g rolled oats
30 g sesame seeds
30 g sunflower seeds
20 g flaxseed
20 g pumpkin seeds
