This cake was so good! So good! It gets a caramel flavor that just melts in your mouth. At first I thought that it's because of the coconut sugar, but I often bake with coconut sugar and it doesn't usually taste this much caramel. So it must be the combination of apricot jam and coconut sugar which gives this delicious flavor. It's so funny when you experiment and the end result is beyond expectations. I have to bake this soon again.
Aprikoskaka, äggfri
100 g smör, smält
100 g creme fraiche
0,5 dl aprikossylt
1 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker, Good Good Via Health
2 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk kardemumma
Blanda creme fraiche och aprikossylt i det smälta smöret. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en smord och mjölad bakform och grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.

100 g butter, melted
100 g creme fraiche
0.5 dl apricot jam
1 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar, Good Good Via Health
2 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
