A cake for the adults with rum. The alcohol does not take over the taste, but the alcohol taste it clearly there. I do not drink alcohol often, but I think alcohol can be delicious in baked goodies. But I do prefer more mild flavors such as Baileys :)
Romkaka
100 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker, Good Good by Via Health
2 ägg
3/4 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
2 msk kakao
2 msk kakao
1 tsk bakpulver
1,5 msk vit rom
Vispa smör och socker fluffigt. Tillsätt ett ägg i taget och vispa. Blanda i mjöl, bakpulver och rom. Häll smeten i en liten smord och mjölad bakform. Grädda i 175 C grader i 30 minuter.
Rum Cake
100 g butter, soft
0.5 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar, Good Good by Via Health
2 eggs
3/4 dl flour
0.5 dl almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp white rum
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add one egg at a time and whisk. Mix in flour, baking powder and rum. Pour batter into a small greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 175 degrees C for 30 minutes.
