Yesterday I wrote about my favorite yogurt with flavors of coffee. I have used that yogurt in this recipe. It's ready in the morning when you mix the ingredients the night before. Easy and delicious!
Coffee Overnight Oats
1 dl old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 dl almond milk
2 tbsp coffee yogurt, Optimel
2 tsp chia seeds
0.5 tsp instant espresso powder
mocha drops, optional
Place milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds, espresso powder and mocha drops in a jar or bowl. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, stir and add more milk if needed. Top with toppings if you want.
Kaffe “Över Natten” Gröt
1 dl gammaldags havregryn
1 1/4 dl mandelmjölk
2 msk kaffe yoghurt, Optimel
2 tsk chiafrön
0,5 tsk snabb espressopulver
