Today I want to share with you a recipe for a smooth, incredibly good chocolate mousse flavored with coffee. I made it for New Year's Eve. It's very easy to make and the recipe is enough for 2-4 servings.
Espresso Chokladmousse
2-4 portioner
2 dl sojavispgrädde
0,5 msk espressopulver
2 msk kokossocker
100 g mörk choklad
Värm upp i en kastrull grädde, kaffepulver och kokossocker. Avlägsna kastrullen från värmen. Hacka chokladen fint och blanda i gräddblandningen. Kyl moussen och vispa den sedan fluffig. Fördela moussen i koppar och dekorera om du vill.

0.5 tbsp espresso powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
100 g dark chocolate
Heat in a saucepan cream, coffee powder and coconut sugar. Remove the pan from the heat. Chop the chocolate finely and add it to the cream mixture. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Let the mousse cool and then beat it fluffy. Divide the mousse in cups and decorate if you like.
