Spenat-Bärproteinsmoothie
4 spenatkuber, frysta
2 dl blandade bär, frysta
1-2 skopor proteinpulver, vanilj
1 msk jordnötssmör eller jordnötssmörpulver
1 tsk blåbärspulver (holistic.se)
iskuber
vatten
Mixa allt i en blender. Häll upp i ett glas och njut!
Spinach Berry Protein Smoothie
4 spinach cubes, frozen
2 dl mixed berries, frozen
1-2 scoops of protein powder, vanilla
1 tbsp peanut butter or peanut butter powder
1 tsp blueberry powder (holistic.se)
ice cubes
water
Mix everything in a blender. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
