I can imagine that a lot of chocolate is eaten during Christmas. In Finland, chocolate boxes are very popular. My parents have always Panda's chocolate box at home, but chocolates from Fazer is also popular. Usually we tend also to complement all the chocolate confectionaries with a chocolate dessert on Christmas Eve. Because there is no such thing as too much chocolate :) Here you get a tip for a really chocolatey chocolate cake with Daim.
Daim Chokladkaka
80 g smör
100 g mörk choklad
2 ägg
1 dl kokossocker
1 dl mandelmjöl
80 g daim, hackad i bitar
Värm ugnen till 175 C och klä en 20 x 20 cm bakform med bakplåtspapper.
Smält smör och choklad i en kastrull. Ställ åt sidan för att svalna. Blanda sedan i ägg, socker och mjöl. Blanda sist i daimbitar. Häll smeten i den förberedda formen. Grädda i ca 25-30 minuter. Låt svalna helt innan du skär i bitar.

85 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
2 eggs
1 dl coconut sugar
1 dl almond flour
80 g daim, chopped in pieces
Preheat the oven to 175 C and line an 20 x 20 cm pan with baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan until smooth. Set aside to cool. Then add eggs, sugar, and flour. Stir in the daim pieces. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Chill completely before cutting into squares.
