Idag är det kladdkakans dag och då vill jag tipsa om denna äggfria chokladkaka.
Baked oatmeal is almost like eating dessert. Maybe a little vanilla ice cream and you have a fine dessert :) My recipe makes two servings and the oatmeal is hearty and suitable to make for breakfast during the weekend when you have more time in the morning. The oatmeal is not so sweet, so if you want you can sweeten it more. A very yummy and good start to the morning.

Ugnsbakad Gröt med Päron och Lingon
2 portioner
2,5 dl gammaldags havregryn
1 msk chiafrön
0.5 msk Love Arctic mald linfrö & havtorn
1 tsk kanel
1 tsk Love Arctic lingonpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
1/4 tsk salt
2,5 dl mandelmjölk
1 msk fibersirap gold, Sukrin
1 dl lingon, frysta
1 päron, rivet
Värm ugnen till 175 C grader. Smörj en ugnsfast form med kokosolja. I en skål, blanda havregryn, chia, linfrö & havtorn, kanel, lingonpulver, bakpulver och salt. Tillsätt mjölk, sirap, lingon och päron. Häll blandningen i formen och grädda i 30 minuter eller tills gyllenbrun.

2.5 dl old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tbsp Love Arctic milled flaxseed & buckthorn
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Love Arctic lingonberry powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2,5 dl almond milk
1 tbsp fiber syrup gold, Sukrin
1 dl lingonberries, frozen
1 pear, grated
Preheat the oven to 175 C degrees. Grease an ovenproof dish with coconut oil. In a bowl, mix oatmeal, chia, flaxseed & sea buckthorn, cinnamon, lingonberry powder, baking powder and salt. Add milk, syrup, lingonberries and pear. Pour the mixture into the ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Älskar kombinationen lingon och päron...och äter (nästan)alltid gröt på morgonen innan handlingen. Tack för receptet!
