I have in lately made different variations on baked oatmeal. It is so warming, good and saturates well. This time I made a version with different berries and berry powder from Love Arctic. Black currant powder adds a nice tanginess to the oatmeal. But it is possible to use other berry powder or exclude it completely.
Ugnsbakad Bärgröt

0.5 msk Love Arctic mald linfrö & havtorn
1 tsk kanel

0,5 tsk bakpulver
1/4 tsk salt
2,5 dl mandelmjölk
1 msk fibersirap gold, Sukrin
