This is a simple dish with few ingredients and you can make it relatively quickly. I chose to fill peppers, but you can also use eg zucchini or eggplant.

Tvätta papikorna och dela dem på längden och skär bort kärnhuset. Fyll paprikorna med en stor klick färskost och toppa med riven ost. Lägg paprikorna i en ugnsform med lite vatten i botten. Grädda dem i 200 C ugn i ca 20-30 minuter. Servera med sallad och t.ex sötpotatispommes.

Oven Baked Cheese Bell Pepper
bell peppers, cut lengthwise
