I know there are many people who like the taste of warm banana, but also those who do not like it at all. I like warm banana and the first time I ate warm banana was when I was a kid and my dad cooked a sauce and added banana. Very good! The banan is well suited to have in porridge and if you do not like warm banana, you can instead garnish the porridge with slices of banana to still get the banana flavor. I topped my porridge with sliced banana, kiwi, dried blueberries, and with a mixture of ground flax seeds and sea buckthorn. The dried blueberries and ground flaxseed-buckthorn mixture is from a Finnish brand, Love Arctic and the ingredients they use are from Finland. Extra special for me since I am from Finland. I liked these products and buckthorn provides a tart taste and you get vitamins in and fiber and omega-3.
