Chili sin carne is a spicy dish and you choose of course how strong you want it. I used various beans in my chili, but they can be replaced with eg tofu or quorn.
Chili sin Carne
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 dl chopped zucchini
1 dl chopped bell peppers
100 g corn
1 can of mixed beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
1-2 dl water
1 tsp ground cumin
0.5-1 tsp ground chili
salt
pepper
parsley
Fry the onion, garlic, zucchini and bell peppers in coconut oil in a pan. Add cumin and chili. Then add the corn, beans, tomatoes and water. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

1 vitlöksklyfta, hackad
1 dl hackad zucchini
1 dl hackad paprika
100 g majs
1 burk blandade bönor
1 burk tärnade tomater
1-2 dl vatten
1 tsk mald kummin
0,5-1 tsk mald chili
salt
peppar
