If you want a satisfying smoothie I recommend using tofu. Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous. In addition it contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.
Tofu Smoothie
200 g tofu, firm
handful of blueberries
1 tsp blueberry powder (holistic.se)
couple of dates or other sweetener of choice
almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

en handfull blåbär
1 tsk blåbärspulver (holistic.se)
några dadlar eller annat sötningsmedel
mandelmjölk
Lägg alla ingredienser i en mixer och mixa tills slät.
