Happy Midsummer! Do you want to begin your day with a french and healthy smoothie?An easy way to ingest vegetables is to blend them into a smoothie or juice. In this green beauty I have spinach and wheat grass powder with banana and strawberries.
Wheatgrass Smoothie
5 cubes spinach, frozen
1 banana, frozen
handful of strawberries
1 tsp wheatgrass powder
almond milk
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add as much milk as you want.
Vetegräs Smoothie
5 kuber spenat, fryst
1 banan, fryst
handfull jordgubbar
1 tsk vetegräspulver
mandelmjölk
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer och tillsätt så mycket mjölk som du vill.
