I had left-over filling when I made these so I chose to mix the rest with blueberry powder and used it as a filling for oatmeal cookies. Delicious! The recipe for the cookies I found on Sukrin's website and these cookies taste like caramel.
25 g havregryn, små
25 g smör
25 g sukrin gold
25 g fibersirap
Lägg alla ingredienser i en kastrull och värm tills smöret smält. Lägg 4-6 kex på en bakplåt med bakpapper och grädda vid 160 grader i 7 -8 minuter. Låt kexen svalna efter tillagning tills de är krispiga. Lägg ostkakafyllning på tre av kexen och toppa med resterande kex.
Oatmeal Cookies
25g rolled oats, small
25g butter
25 g Surin gold
25 g fiber syrup clear
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the butter is melted. Put 4-6 biscuits on a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Let the biscuits cool after cooking until they are crispy. Put cheesecake filling on three of the cookies and top with remaining cookies.
