Egg sauce was something I liked as a child and I ate it with ketchup :) Today i eat the sauce whatsoever but without ketchup, hihi. I served the sauce with my tofu fish sticks.
Äggsås
3 ägg, kokta och mosade
3 msk smör / kokosolja
2 msk mandelmjöl
2.5 dl grädde
2 dl mjölk
hackad färsk dill eller persilja
salt
en nypa vitpeppar
Koka äggen i 7 minuter. Kyl dem i kallt vatten, skala och mosa dem. Smält smöret i en kastrull. Tillsätt grädde och mjölk och värm upp. Tillsätt sedan mjölet och vispa tills det löses upp och såsen tjocknar. Lägg i äggen, dill och krydda efter smak.

3 tbsp butter / coconut oil
2 tbsp almond flour
2.5 dl cream
2 dl milk
chopped fresh dill or parsley
salt
a pinch of white pepper
Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes. Cool them in cold water, then peel and mash them. Melt the butter in a pan. Add cream and milk and heat up. Then add the flour and whisk until it dissolves and the sauce thickens. Add the eggs, dill and season to taste.
