If you do not eat fish but still want to make vegetarian fish sticks, you can use tofu. Because tofu itself is tasteless, it is important to properly season it and serve the sticks with a good sauce and veggies.
Tofu fiskpinnar
250 g fast tofu, skivad
3 msk sojasås
saft av 0,5 citron
ägg, valfritt
mandelmjöl
salt
citronpeppar
kokosolja
Sätt soja och citronsaft i en plastpåse och tillsätt tofu. Ställ i kylen för att marinera i flera timmar.
Doppa tofupinnarna i en vispat ägg och sedan i blandningen av mandelmjöl och kryddor.
Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek tofupinnarna gyllenbruna på båda sidor.

juice of 0.5 lemon
egg, optional
almond flour
salt

Put soy sauce and lemon juice in a plastic bag and add the tofu. Put in the fridge to marinate for several hours.
Dip the tofu sticks in a whisked egg and then in a mixture of almond flour and spices.
Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry the tofu sticks golden brown on both sides.
