If you like peanuts as much as I do then you will enjoy these pieces. The recipe contains five ingredients, and three of them have the taste of peanuts :) They are easy to make and moreover goes nicely with coffee.
Peanut Butter Bites
1 scoop peanut butter protein powder
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp vitafiber syrup
1 tbsp water
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape into balls and put in the fridge for a while before serving.
Jordnötssmörbitar
1 skopa jordnötssmör proteinpulver
2 msk pulvriserad jordnötssmör
1 msk jordnötssmör
2 msk vitafibersirap
1 msk vatten
Rör ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Forma till bollar och ställ i kylen en stund innan servering.
