Hearty pancakes with oat flour and protein powder. An ideal meal to eat after a workout when it's good to stock up on carbohydrates and protein. I used a protein powder with flavour of berries, but use what you have on hand.
Oat Protein Pancakes
4 pcs
1 dl oat flour
0.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
3/4 scoop whey protein (I used Myprotein)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 dl unsweetened soy milk
2 egg whites
In a bowl mix together oat flour, protein, flax, baking powder and cinnamon. Add in milk and egg whites and mix until blended. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry pancakes golden brown on both sides. Serve with quark and berries.

1 dl havremjöl
0,5 msk malda linfrön
3/4 skopa vassleprotein (jag använde Myprotein)
1/4 tsk bakpulver
1/4 tsk kanel
1 1/4 dl osötad sojamjölk

Dom ser lite torra ut, nästan som bröd. Smakade dom som riktigt plättar?
