Homemade granola is the best. I have recently eaten Ezekiel cereal, which I actually packed with me when we moved from Singapore to Amsterdam. But they are almost finished, so I made my own blend. This time with two of my favourites ingredients, peanut butter and protein powder. This granola is crispy and yummy. I used protein powder with a taste of cinnamon and even added cinnamon in the mixture, but you can use, for example chocolate protein powder and then use cocoa instead of cinnamon. I think that would also be really good. I am now considering to make a granola with coffee flavor :) That must be good, right?
Cinnamon Protein Granola
3 dl oats
1 egg white (30 g)
4 tbsp cinnamon protein powder
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in 175 C degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in a jar.
Kanel-Protein Granola
3 dl havregryn
1 äggvita (30 g)
4 msk kanelproteinpulver
2 msk pumpafrön
2 msk solrosfrön
2 tsk kanel
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och sprid blandningen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna och förvara i en burk.
