For me, lasagna is a dish you eat on the weekends, probably because we ate it in my childhood home on Sundays . Mom's lasagna is the best and her's always creamy and loose as I like it. In my version of lasagna I have used ricotta as a base for the cheese sauce and roasted vegetables. Delicious and comfort food at it's best.
Vegetable Ricotta Lasagna
fresh pasta sheets
tomato sauce
oven roasted vegetables
grated zucchini
ricotta
parmesan
cheddar, grated
heavy cream
salt
peppar
garlic
Mix together ricotta, parmesan, cheddar, cream and spices. Cover an oven dish with tomato sauce and put on pasta sheets - oven roasted vegetables - grated zucchini - ricotta mixture. Then do this procedure a few more times. Top the lasagne with grated cheese. Bake in 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes.

färska pastablad
tomatsås
ugnsrostade grönsaker
riven zucchini
ricotta
parmesan
cheddar, riven
vispgrädde
salt
peppar
vitlök
Blanda ricotta, parmesan, cheddar, grädde och kryddor. Täck en ugnsform med tomatsås och lägg på pastablad - ugnsrostade grönsaker - riven zucchini - ricottablandning. Gör denna procedur några varv. Toppa lasagnen med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C grader i ca 30 minuter.
