A yummy, sticky cinnamon cake that is gluten-free and sugar-free. Perhaps something to serve this weekend? I have used erythritol, but you can use white sugar or coconut sugar instead, if you want. I served the cake with whipped soy cream and cinnamon.

1 ägg
1 dl erytriol
10 droppar Nustevia
2 msk kokosolja
3/4 dl mandelmjöl
1 msk kokosmjöl
0,5 msk kanel
en nypa salt
Blanda ihop ägg, erytriol och stevia i en skål. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i två silikonformar (á 7cm i diameter) och grädda i 175 C för 15 minuter. Låt svalna innan servering.
