Imagine that something so simple can be so good. And it's quick to make, which is great. If you have chanterelles on hand you can make this stew with them. I have heard that this year in Finland there are a lot of mushrooms and berries in the forest.
Enkel Svampstuvning
portobellosvamp
grädde
salt
persilja
Värm en stekpanna på låg värme och stek svampen tills vätskan ångat bort. Häll på en skvätt grädde och låt koka samman. Krydda och toppa med persilja.
Easy Portobello Stew
portobello mushrooms
heavy cream
salt
parsley
Heat a skillet over low heat and fry the mushrooms until the liquid has steamed away. Pour in a splash of cream and let simmer for a while. Season and garnish with parsley.
