A delicious mud cake flavored with cinnamon and made with protein powder and almond flour which makes it protein-rich. I think it tastes like a normal mud cake, meaning you don't taste the protein powder. I got the inspiration for the cake from Fanny.
Protein Kanelkladdkaka
50g kokosolja utan smak
3/4 dl kokossocker
1/4 tsk vaniljpulver
1 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
1 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl vassle med smak av kanel (jag hade Cellucor, cinnamon swirl)
1 ägg
Värm ugnen till 200 C grader och klä en liten bakform (12-16cm) med bakplåtspapper i botten och på kanterna. Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och häll smeten i den bakplåtspappersklädda formen. Grädda i ca 12 min. Låt svalna.
Protein Cinnamon Mud Cake
50g coconut oil
3/4 dl coconut sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 dl almond flour
0.5 dl whey with cinnamon flavor (I used Cellucor, cinnamon swirl)
1 egg
Preheat the oven to 200 C degrees and line a small baking tin (12-16cm) with baking paper in the bottom and on the edges. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour the batter into the baking tin. Bake for about 12 minutes. Let cool.
