A fresh salad to grilled food or served with tofu-carrot patties is the perfect side dish. Here in the form of red cabbage along with mango. I have no exact measurements, but taste your salad while you make it.
Mango Red Cabbage Slaw
red cabbage, shredded
mango, sliced
salt
apple cider vinegar
lemon juice
persilja
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Put in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving.
Mango Rödkålslaw
rödkål, strimlad
mango, skivad
salt
äppelcidervinäger
citron juice
persilja
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och krydda efter smak. Sätt i kylen i 15-30 minuter innan servering.
