I like both hot and cold porridge. Perhaps it is tastier with cold porridge when the temperature outside is around 30 degrees, but I have no problem with eating hot porridge in the heat either :) In this porridge, I mixed up some goodies!
Cold Blueberry Porridge
1 dl rolled oats
1 dl rye flakes
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tsp blueberry powder
2 tbsp yogurt
2.5 dl milk of choice (I used quinoa-chia milk)
1 apple, grated
cinnamon, to taste
Stir together all the ingredients in a jar and put in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours. Add more milk if you want a looser porridge. Top with fruits/berries.
Kall Blåbärsgröt
1 dl havregryn
1 dl råggryn
2 msk pumpafrön
1 msk linfrön
1 msk hampafrön
2 tsk blåbärspulver
2 msk yoghurt
2,5 dl valbar mjölk (jag hade quinoa-chiamjölk)
1 äpple, riven
kanel, efter smak
Rör ihop alla ingredienserna i en burk och lägg i kylen över natten eller för några timmar. Tillsätt mera mjölk om du vill ha en lösare gröt. Toppa med frukt/bär.
