I have made healthier sweets that are rich in protein and very yummy. I used peanut butter and protein powder with a taste of chocolate, but you can use for example almond butter and protein powder with a taste of vanilla instead. These are so good to have on hand in the afternoon when energy is needed to be replenished.
Peanut Butter Protein Bites
8 pcs
3 tbsp rolled oats (gf)
0.5 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp agave
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Shape into balls and store in the fridge.
Jordnötssmör-Proteinbitar
8 st
3 msk havregryn (gf)
0,5 skopa proteinpulver (jag använde choklad)
2 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk agave
Kombinera alla ingredienser i en skål och rör om tills slät.
Forma till bollar och förvara i kylen.
