I often eat chia pudding. I tried to mix in cooked quinoa and it was really good as well, not to mention filling. Start your day with this or why not eat it as a protein-rich snack.
Quinoa Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
2 dl cooked quinoa
1 dl almond milk
2,5 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp powdered peanut butter
vanilla extract / -powder
salt
Mix everything in a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of
hours or overnight. Top with berries and serve.
Quinoa Jordnötssmör Chiapudding
2 dl kokt quinoa
1 dl mandelmjölk
2,5 tsk chia frön
2 tsk pulveriserat jordnötssmör
vaniljextrakt /-pulver
salt
Blanda allt i en skål och ställ i kylskåp i ett par timmar
eller över natten. Toppa med bär och servera.
