Now we are back home after 5 days in Bali. We had a nice and relaxing trip. We have been enjoying the sun, good food, walking and just having time for each other. A great holiday in other words.
Today, you get a recipe for raw bliss balls. These do not contain nuts, so if you are allergic to nuts you can also enjoy these. Have a nice day!
Pumpkin Seed-Coconut Bliss Balls
1 dl pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 Medjool dates
1 tbsp cacao powder
water, if needed
melted chocolate for coating
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Add water if the mixture is too dry. Shape into balls. Dip in chocolate if you want.

Pumpafrö-Kokosbollar
1 dl pumpafrön
2 msk kokosflingor
2 Medjool dadlar
1 msk kakaopulver
vatten, om det behövs
smält choklad för topping
Blanda alla ingredienser i en matberedare. Tillsätt vatten om blandningen är för torr. Forma till bollar. Doppa i choklad om du vill.
