To sprout buckwheat is simple and quick. And they are good to have as a snack, on your yogurt, in smoothies or you can even use them in baking. Do you sprout?
Sprouted Buckwheat
Put buckwheat groats into a bowl and cover with room
temperature water. Allow the seeds to soak for about 20-30 minutes. Pour the
seeds into a mesh strainer and rinse thoroughly with water. You can leave the
seeds in the mesh strainer for the sprouting session. Put the strainer inside
of a large bowl to catch any of the draining water. Cover the buckwheat with a
cloth. Twice a day rinse and drain the buckwheat. When small tails form they
are ready, this takes 1-2 days.
Sätt bovetegryn i en skål och täck med rumstempererat
vatten. Blötlägg dem i cirka 20-30 minuter. Häll grynen i en sil och skölj noga
med vatten. Du kan lämna dem i silen. Placera silen på en stor skål så får
vattnet droppa i den. Täck med en handduk. Skölj dem två ganger om dagen. När
små svansar bildas är de redo, tar ca 1-2 dagar.
