Här är receptet på kexbollarna kocken Annette Lang gjorde under Singapore Food Festival förra helgen. Bollarna är riktigt goda och du svänger ihop dem mycket snabbt!
120 g Marie kex
Choklad-Kanelbollar
120 g Marie kex
1 burk kondenserad
mjölk
2 msk kakao
2-3 dl torkad kokos
1-2 tsk kanel
(för mer smak kan du
blanda i vanilj, rom ...)
Smula kexen och blanda i kondenserad mjölk, kakao, kanel och 2 dl kokos.
Rör om. Blanda i mer kokos om degen är för lös. Forma till bollar och doppa i
kokos. Förvara i kylskåp.
Chocolate-Cinnnamon Balls
120 g Marie biscuits
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa
2-3 dl desiccated coconut
1-2 tsp cinnamon
(for more flavor, you can add vanilla, rum...)

Har länge varit sugen på att göra chokladbollar, men nu ändrar jag mig: choklad och kanel-bollar blir det!
