Tomat-zucchinilåda
2 zucchini
4 tomater
1 tsk oregano
0,5 tsk salt
0,5 tsk svartpeppar
2 msk parmesan, riven
2 ägg
150 g riven ost
Skär zucchini och tomat i skivor. Lägg dem i en ugnsform växelvis. Strö på kryddor och riven parmesan. Blanda ägg och ost. Häll ägg-ostblandningen över tomaterna och zucchinin. Grädda i 225 graders ugn 15-20 minuter.

Tomato-Zucchini Casserole
2 zucchini
4 tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parmesan, grated
2 egg
150 g grated cheese
Cut the zucchini and tomato into slices. Put them in a baking dish alternately. Sprinkle with spices and grated parmesan. Mix eggs and cheese. Pour egg-cheese mixture over the tomatoes and zucchini. Bake in 225 degrees oven 15-20 minutes.
