No one will ever guess the secret ingredient in this recipe: black beans! Brownies rich in protein and without flour.
Ingen kommer någonsin att gissa den hemliga ingrediensen i detta recept: svarta bönor! Brownies rika på protein och utan mjöl.
Bean Brownie
1 can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter, more for the baking dish
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cane sugar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 175C. Butter an 8-inch baking pan. Mash beans with a fork
and stir in eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and sugar. Stir in
the chocolate last. Pour batter into pan and bake 30-35 minutes. The cake will
be sticky. Allow to cool. Good with vanilla ice cream.
Brownies med bönor
1 burk svarta bönor, osaltade, sköljda
3 ägg
¾ dl smält smör
0,5 dl kakao
nypa salt
2 tsk vaniljsocker
1,2 dl socker
1 dl choklad, i bitar

ReplyDeleteHej Mia! Jo, jag tycker nog att de smakar som vanliga brownies. Och vet man inte om bönorna anar man dem inte, förutom doften av dem :) Roligt att testa ett lite annorlunda recept.
