Fräs löken i olivolja
och häll sedan i tomatkrosset och smöret. Låt sjuda under tiden du mixar feta,
rucola och basilika i en blender. Tillsätt ev. lite vatten om blandningen känns
för tjock. Krydda tomatsåsen. Fyll de förkokta pastarören med fetablandningen och placera
dem i en ugnfast form. Häll tomatsåsen på pastarören och strö över rikligt med
riven ost. Grädda i ugnen ca 30 min. i 225 grader. Servera med ett gott bröd.

chopped
1 can of diced tomato
50 g butter
salt, black pepper,

Fry the onions in
olive oil and then pour in the diced tomatoes and butter. Let simmer while you
mix feta, arugula and basil in a blender. Add a little water if mixture seems
too thick.
Season the tomato sauce. Fill the pre-cooked pasta tubes with feta mixture and place them in a ovenproof dish. Pour over the tomato sauce and finally sprinkle with a lot of grated cheese. Bake in oven about 30 minutes in 225 degrees. Serve with a good bread.
