Grönsakssoppa


1 broccoli

4 morötter

1 potatis

1 sötpotatis

buljongtärning

salt

svartpeppar

persilja

färskost med smak


Koka de hackade grönsakerna och en buljongtärning i vatten tills mjuka. Häll bort lite av kokvattnet i en skål och mixa soppan slät. Tillsätt kokvatten vid behov. Krydda och blanda i färskost. 



Vegetable Soup


1 broccoli

4 carrots

1 potato

1 sweet potato

bouillon cube

salt

black pepper

parsley

cream cheese with flavor


Boil the chopped vegetables and a bouillon cube in water until soft. Pour off some of the cooking water into a bowl and blend the soup until smooth. Add cooking water if necessary. Season and mix in cream cheese.
