This is a dish that is dear to my childhood. We called it risotto. And what makes it special is the bearnaise sauce that flows into the rice and makes everything so creamy and delicious. If you haven't tried it, you must now :) Have a nice day!
Ris-Grönsakslåda med Bearnaisesås
4 dl ris, kokt
2 dl ärtor, majs & paprikablandning
1 röd lök, hackad fint
2 dl sojafärs
salt
svartpeppar
vitlökspulver
3 dl bearnaissås
Blanda alla ingredienser förutom såsen i en ugnsfast form. Häll på såsen. Grädda i 175 C i ca 25 minuter. Servera med en sallad och gott bröd.
Rice-Vegetable Casserole with Bearnaise Sauce
4 dl rice, cooked
2 dl peas, corn & bell pepper mixture
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 dl soy sauce
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
3 dl bearnaise sauce
Mix all ingredients except the sauce in an ovenproof dish. Pour on the sauce. Bake at 175 C for about 25 minutes. Serve with a salad and good bread.
