Small biscuits, great with a cup of coffee. These have a nice cinnamon flavor and they also contain almond paste. Simple and delicious!
Kanelkex
65 g smör, smält
35 g mandelmassa, riven
2 msk socker
1,5 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk kanel
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Sätt ugnen på 175°C. Rör ihop smör, socker och mandelmassa. Vänd ner de torra ingredienserna i smeten. Rulla degen till bollar. tryck ner dem med en gaffel. Grädda mitt i ugnen i ca. 12 minuter. Ta ut dem ur ugnen och låt svalna helt.
Cinnamon Biscuits
65 g butter, melted
35 g almond paste, grated
2 tbsp sugar
1.5 dl wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 175°C. Stir together butter, sugar and almond paste. Fold the dry ingredients into the batter. Roll the dough into balls. Press them down with a fork. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
