A favorite at our house is stuffed peppers. I had leftover soy-tomato sauce, so that became the filling this time. Top the peppers with cheese. So easy and so delicious!
Fylld Spetspaprika
spetspaprika, delad på längden

mozzarella
Tvätta paprikorna och skär dem på längden. Fyll dem med sås och toppa med riven ost. Lägg dem i en ugnsfast form och grädda i 175 C graders ugn i ca 20-25 minuter.
Stuffed Pointed Peppers
pointed peppers, split lengthwise
soy mince-tomato sauce
grated cheese
mozzarella
Wash the peppers and cut them lengthwise. Fill them with sauce and top with grated cheese. Place them in an ovenproof dish and bake at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes.
