Soft oatcakes with a cinnamon and cranberry flavor. These are good to eat with cheese and jam. So they are perfect to serve with a cheese platter. Have a nice day!
Cranberry Cinnamon Oatcakes
15 g butter
1 tbsp honey
50 g oatmeal
50 g rye-wheat flour
20 g dried cranberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
one pinch of salt
2,5 tbsp water
Melt the butter and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Roll the dough to a 1/2 cm thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes.
Havrekakor med Tranbär och Kanel
15 g smör
1 msk honung
50 g havregryn
50 g råg-vetemjöl
20 g torkade tranbär
1/4 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
2,5 msk vatten
Smält smöret och tillsätt resterande ingredienser. Rör om tills allt är blandat. Kavla ut degen till en tjocklek på 1/2 cm. Skär ut kakor med kakformar. Grädda i 200 °C i cirka 10 minuter.
