Last time I made raw balls I used half dates and half cranberries. This time I used a little more dates and the balls are a little sweeter. A simple snack that is nice to have ready in the fridge. Have a nice day!

90 g havregryn
70 g torkad kokos
2 msk agavesirap
75 g urkärnade dadlar, blötlagda i varmt vatten
25 g torkade tranbär, blötlagda i varmt vatten
Mixa havregryn, kokos, agavesirap, dadlar och tranbär i en matberedare tills slätt Forma degen till 8 bollar. Förvara i en lufttät burk i kylen i upp till 2 veckor.
Coconut Cranberry Balls
8 pcs
90 g oats
70 g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp agave syrup
75 g pitted dates, soaked in warm water
25 g dried cranberries, soaked in warm water
Blend oats, coconut, agave syrup, dates and cranberries in a food processor until smooth. Shape the dough into 8 balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
