A protein-rich granola made with protein powder. I bought a new flavor of protein powder which is iced coffee, cappuccino. And it gave a very good flavor to my granola. There is also peanut butter in this granola and the one I use also has a coffee flavor, hihi. Can you tell that I like coffee? Simple and delicious! Have a nice day!
Iskaffe Protein Granola
3 dl havregryn
1 dl proteinpulver, iskaffe
1 dl frön, pumpa- och solrosfrön
2 msk kaffe-jordnötssmör
en nypa salt
vatten
Blanda de torra ingredienserna och tillsätt nötsmör. Blanda i lite vatten. Bred ut blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.
Iced Coffee Protein Granola
3 dl oatmeal
1 dl protein powder, iced coffee
1 dl seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
2 tbsp coffee-peanut butter
a pinch of salt
water
Mix the dry ingredients and add the nut butter. Mix in a little water. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes.
