If you don't have bread but want a fresh bun, then you can bake these. It's quick, no rising time and you just mix all the ingredients together. So good with freshly baked, warm bread spread with butter.
Veganska Snabbsemlor
2 dl rågmjöl
1 dl havregryn
0.5 dl frön
1 tsk bakpulver
0.5 tsk salt
2 dl Alpro naturell yoghurt
1 msk mörk sirap
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Blanda i yoghurt och sirap. Med en sked klicka ut högar av degen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Toppa ev. med frön. Grädda i 175 C i ca 15 minuter. Låt svalna.
Vegan Quick Buns
2 dl rye flour
1 dl oats
0.5 dl seeds
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 dl Alpro natural yoghurt
1 tbsp dark syrup
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in yogurt and syrup. Using a spoon, scoop out mounds of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with seeds. Bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
