A moist bread with yogurt in the batter. A great way to use up yogurt that is going old, that's what I did with this bread. Mix in seeds, nuts or dried fruit if you like it in bread. Have a nice day.
Veganskt Yoghurtbröd
2 dl rågmjöl
1 dl havregryn
0.5 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
0.5 tsk salt
2 dl Alpro naturell yoghurt
1 msk sirap
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Blanda i yoghurt och sirap. Smörj och bröa en liten brödform och häll i smeten. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter. Låt svalna.

2 dl rye flour
1 dl oats
0.5 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 dl Alpro natural yoghurt
1 tbsp of syrup
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in yogurt and syrup. Grease and flour a small loaf pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes. Let cool.
