Do you have dry bread at home? Don't throw it away, make croutons. So simple and all you need is oil and spices. I like to eat them as they are, but they are also good in a salads or as a topping for soup. Have a nice day!
Brödkrutonger
ca. 3 dl tärnat bröd
2 msk olja
1 liten vitlöksklyfta, riven
1,5 tsk Italienska örter, torkade
en nypa salt
Lägg alla ingredienser i en bunke och blanda så att alla brödbitar är belagda med olja.
Sprid ut brödtärningarna på en ugnsplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Rosta i ugnen i 200 C° i ca 15 minuter. Låt svalna och förvara i en lufttät glasburk.
Bread Croutons
approx. 3 dl diced bread
2 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove, grated
1.5 tsp Italian herbs, dried
a pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix so that all the bread pieces are coated in oil.
Spread the cubes out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in the oven at 200 C° for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight glass jar.
