I like to make my own granola and at the moment I vary between two favourites. One is this protein granola and this time I added cocoa powder to get a chocolatey granola. Good, easy and so much cheaper than store bought. Have a nice day everyone!
Kakao Protein Granola
2 dl havregryn
2 d proteinpulver, vanilj
1 dl frön
2 msk kakaopulver
2 msk jordnötsmör
en nypa salt
vatten
Blanda de torra ingredienserna och tillsätt nötsmör. Om blandningen är torr tillsätt vatten. Bred ut blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 175 C i ca 30 minuter.
Cocoa Protein Granola
2 dl protein powder, vanilla
2 dl oatmeal
1 dl seeds
0.5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
a pinch of salt
water
Mix the dry ingredients and add the nut butter and some water. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes.
