Orange Chocolate Muffins

20 g butter, soft
20 g oil
1 1/4 dl light brown sugar
1 small egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 dl all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
1 dl quark
1 mandarin, zest
1 dl chocolate buttons
Mix together the butter, oil and sugar until it becomes fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix. Add flour, baking powder, salt, quark, mandarin zest and chocolate and stir to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into muffin cups. Bake at 175 C for approx. 15 minutes. Let cool.
Stir together the butter, oil and the sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mix. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and creme fraiche and stir to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a small springform lined with parchment paper. Grate on top almond paste and the sprinkle on the topping. Bake at 175 C for approx. 30 minutes. Let cool.
Mandarin & Chokladmuffins
7 st
20 g smör, mjukt
20 g olja
1 1/4 dl ljust farinsocker
1 litet ägg
1 tsk vaniljextrakt
1,5 dl vetemjöl
3/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
1 dl kvarg
1 mandarin, rivet skal
1 dl chokladknappar
Rör ihop smör, olja och sockret tills det blir fluffigt. Tillsätt ägg och vanilj, blanda. Tillsätt mjöl, bakpulver, salt, kvarg, mandarinskal och choklad och rör till en slät smet. Häll smeten i muffinsformar. Grädda i 175 C i ca. 15 minuter. Låt svalna.
