Overnight oatmeal is good to have ready in the fridge in the morning if you know you won't have time to make breakfast. Simple, tasty and can be varied a lot. This has a few ingredients and I served it with berries.
Kall Gröt
1 dl havregryn
1 msk vanilj proteinpulver
1 msk frön
1 1/4 dl vatten / mjölk
en nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser och ställ i kylen i minst 30 minuter eller övernatten. Toppa med t.ex bär.
Cold Porridge
1 dl oatmeal
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp seeds
1 1/4 dl water / milk
a pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Top with e.g. berries.
