Knaprig Granola med Mörk Sirap
3 dl havregryn
1 dl frön (pumpa, solros, sesam)
1 dl nötter (pekannötter, mandlar)
2 msk kokos
3 msk kokosolja, smält
2 msk mörksirap
1 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
Värm ugnen till 165 C grader. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser. Häll blandningen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och rosta i ugnen i ca 20-25 minuter. Låt svalna helt innan den bryts i mindre bitar.
Crunchy Granola with Dark Syrup
3 dl oatmeal
1 dl seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
1dl nuts (pecans, almonds)
2 tbsp coconut flakes
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp dark syrup syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Heat the oven to 165 C degrees. Mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before breaking into smaller pieces.
